Modems: All of our modems are 56k v.90 modems.

Washington Metropolitan Calling Area: CSI has one access number that is local to parts of Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Southern Maryland. The access number begins (703)-761-xxxx. You can check the front of your phone book or with your phone company to see if it is a local call.

Busy Signals: CSI attempts to guarantee no busy signals. We ask that our customers notify us if they get a busy signal, at which time we will order more phone lines.

Set-Up Software: We have a setup CD available upon request. The CD has all the settings necessary to connect to Cyber Services, along with many popular browser, e-mail and ftp programs. There is a $5.00 charge for the CD. To order, call 703-281-2150 or e-mail info@cs.net

Technical Support: If you need assistance, we can be reached during office hours, M-F 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Outside our office hours, you can leave a message on voice mail and we will get back to you once we return to the office. You can also contact us via email at support@cs.net

Additional Users: Extra mailboxes with your PPP account are $7.50 per month each. Long-term discount rates are available.
